Profile

I am a woodworker with over 30 years’ experience designing and making furniture in classic, traditional and contemporary styles.
making and installing all types of architectural joinery, carrying out carpentry works.
as well as the restoration of doors, windows etc. to Listed buildings and monuments.
as I am an approved craftsman of the Conservation Section of Mendip District Council. My aim is to provide a complete service to the client, concentrating on a specialist approach with attention to detail and quality in design, making, installation and after-sales back-up.

“Adding to the beauty of wood with real skill and soul.” – a comment left in my Somerset Open Studios visitors book. A quote that continues to inspire me to create pieces that embrace the natural form, character and inherent beauty of the woods I use.

I have exhibited at Glastonbury Abbey in 2019 and the prestigious celebration of craftsmanship and design at Cheltenham in 2017 and 2018, my work can be seen at the Somerset Crafts gallery, where I am a member.
